Lunch at Vida's/UT Film Directing Class

I've been studying yoga with Vida for a year now.  She's a peaceful, tiny, Iranian born unique woman.  She exudes a sense of contentment and acceptance.  She and her husband gave up their careers, he was a lawyer and she was an engineer, to travel around the world.   When they ran out of money they began to import things to the States so that they could continue to travel.  They continue to do that with  a focus on The Renaissance Festival.  Her true love is health and nutrition.  I had an extremely enjoyable lunch at Vida's lovely home filled with beautiful crafts and art from all over the world.

This evening I went to Kory Hill's UT Film class and performed the role of Dawn in THE FIRST  FIREWORKS, a 10 minute play.  My acting partner was Carly, talented and adorable, and a dream to work with. The students gave thoughtful comments, positive feedback and received the piece  enthusiastically.  The teacher's insights were very helpful for the final shoot.

I am delighted to work with these young students and am always happy to walk into the studios in Communications A and B.
